I understand that the vinyl color representations on this website may not be accurate and that Vinyl a la Mode is not responsible for the color representations on my monitor. I understand I can order
Color Samples free of charge before placing my actual order to ensure that I will be happy with my purchase.
Design Center Lettering Height Calculations
I understand that Vinyl a la Mode calculates the lettering height based on the Captial "A" for the font I chose. I understand that the capital letters in my quote may be larger or smaller than the Capital "A". I also understand that Vinyl a la Mode will be happy to assist me either before or after the sale in determining the best size for my project.
Design Center Quote Width Calculator
I understand that the Design Center's quote width calculator is only an estimation. I understand that my quote could be either longer or shorter than what the design center states. I understand that if I have certain dimensions that I need my quote to adhere to, I will specify this information in the comment section of my order. I understand that Vinyl a la Mode is not responsible for a quote that doesn't fit my space requirements if I do not tell them my dimension restrictions.
If I Have a Question About My Order
I understand that Vinyl a la Mode will be happy to answer my questions either before or after I make my purchase. I understand that Vinyl a la Mode is happy to give me specific dimensions of my quote and offer sizing suggestions before I place my order. I understand that if I give instructions to Vinyl a la Mode in my order about certain size restrictions, Vinyl a la Mode will try their best to accommodate my needs.
Vinyl Stick-Ability
I understand that not all vinyl sticks to all surfaces. I have read the
FAQs Page, Question #13 and know how to properly prepare my walls. I understand that I can contact Vinyl a la Mode before I purchase if I have a question about whether the vinyl will stick to my intended surface.
If Vinyl a la Mode Has a Question About My Order
I understand that Vinyl a la Mode might contact me either via phone or email if they have a question about my order. I will add info@vinylalamode.com to my contacts so I don't miss important emails from them. I understand that if Vinyl a la Mode cannot reach me within seven (7) days of my order being placed, they will either refund my order or complete the order to the best of their ability. I understand that if Vinyl a la Mode tried to contact me and I didn't respond, at Vinyl a la Mode's discretion, the order may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipping Time Frames
I understand that Vinyl a la Mode is not responsible for the extra slow delivery of packages by USPS. I understand that the time frames guidelines given by USPS for First-Class and Priority shipments are only guidelines and not a guarantee. I understand that if I need my package to arrive before a certain time, I need to ship either USPS Express mail or UPS. I understand that if USPS does lose my package, Vinyl a la Mode will redo the order and ship free of charge to me AFTER the USPS deems the package lost.
